Dan Waylonis is a registered user.

Unfortunately, if you support or subsidize something, you will get more of it

It's difficult to believe that there has been such a substantial increase in the homeless population of Mountain View if the increases come from Mountain View residents. My suspicion is that the generosity of Mountain View (and surrounding Bay Area cities) is being taken advantage of by people coming to the area.

Let me see, the number of people is much much more than 150 ... so the math seems to show that this is an awfully lot less than $1,000 per person.

Dan Waylonis exemplifies that typical Libertarian "logic," or lack thereof. To him, the problem with homelessness is that we've made it far too easy to be homeless, which is so far detached from reality as to be laughable.
