NASA Ames' computer powerhouse gets a major upgrade

To fuel a future mission to the moon and someday Mars, NASA is facing a near insatiable demand for more computing power. NASA Ames officials say they've found a solution, one that's far more energy efficient than existing models.

Absolutely. After all, this isn't any ol' computer, it's a SUPERcomputer!



(and yes, imo you deserve that for ridiculously nitpicking that the writer obvously transposed Thigpen w/ Aitken in a local journalism fluff piece.)
