Helicopters above the traffic would be a reasonable solution. Many large companies already have corporate jets. HP has a hangar at San Jose airport.
They could have helipads on the rooftops or in the parking lots and shuttle people around. The local general aviation airports are good alternatives with parking lots.
Ground transit is a bust.

Robyn, although helicopters is an interesting idea, they don't carry very many people and would be very expensive. I'd also be concerned about how much fuel they require and to what degree they'd contribute to pollution relative to ground transportation. (I don't know, but it would be important to find out.)
