Original post made on Jun 27, 2019

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday blocked for now a plan by the administration of President Donald Trump to include a citizenship question on the 2020 census. A local state assemblyman called it a "short-term victory."

God forbid there is a national emergency and a draft is required We need to know who our citizens are so they can put their lives on the line for all the non-citizens...

@Observer - Mandatory registration with Selective Service is how potential draftees are identified see: Web Link

Also,

"Almost all men age 18-25 who are U.S. citizens or are immigrants living in the U.S. are required to be registered with Selective Service. U.S. law calls for citizens to register within 30 days of turning 18 and immigrants to register within 30 days of arriving in the U.S."

I'm more interested in reading about something that has a REAL impact on the next election, like the Goggle Exec admitting that they (Google) are trying to impact the next election in 2020! Web Link

One has to wonder based on her admission how much influence Google exerts in local elections.

M.Khushalani, that's a great point. Thankfully, the experts at the Census studied this issue, and determined that adding the question would, in fact, affect the counting of the Census. Why, given that evidence, the Trump regime would push for it anyway is left as an exercise for the reader.

Jim Neal: thanks for the link to the so-called project 'veritas' article in, of all places, the Washington times (one assumes it can't get printed anywhere else.)

Isn't this the guy who has been arrested for faking stories?

Yeah, here it is: he has a felony arrest that he pled guilty to, here's his Department of Justice felony mugshot:

Mugshot - Web Link

A salacious guy with weird tastes. One may peruse the story of his attempted seduction of a female reporter, complete with the equipment tool list for his attempted 'seduction' that includes a number of NSFW items.

The lad seems to have serious issues, not the least of which is with truth. Just saying...

There are many legal non-citizen people who would be very willing to fill in the census form question about citizenship. Lumping everyone who is not a citizen together as being unwilling to do this is a gross misrepresentation of visa and green card residents.

Mr. O'Keefe -- So once again we should not believe out lying ears? Nice smear by the way! If one cant't refute the facts, personal attacks on the messenger are definitely the way to go.
