Basically, it's the area of Mountain View north of Highway 101, not counting Moffett Field.

What drives me crazy?
That someone has made a lot of money, and not produced anything at all.
And how many years has gone by?
Talking about a total loss of productivity on behalf of all the people invovled.
This project has been a trick played on the City of Mountain View. THey have spent taxpayer dollars and gotten nothing in return.

Engineer,
simply put, a company making $6.85 billion dollars in a quarter, even if they lost 10 million dollars, that is not even petty cash. that comes to 0.15% of their profits on just one quarter.
No they are just like Amazon that fooled dozens of cities into spending millions of dollars to only result in Amazon chosing New York and Virginia. THe sites were already picked but the Amazon played the other cities for fools/
Google did the same to Mountain view, because they are now building in San Jose.
The city got played like a prized violin.
