Moving forward: New CEO plans for Silicon Valley Community Foundation's 2.0 version

Following a workplace bullying and misconduct scandal that rocked the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, its new president and CEO, Nicole Taylor of Menlo Park, says she's on a mission to bring the foundation into its 2.0 version.

This lengthy strategic planning process sounds intense -- let me save you some time.

Mountain View has actual nonprofit organizations in them and they need money to do their excellent work. You should give them some. They are struggling; you're a community foundation. There are NGO's and national foundations to tackle the wells in Africa.

Look around -- we have one or two pressing issues here and you can justify your existence, and your tax exemption, by doing your freaking job for once.
