There are only six locations referenced, rather than the "20 restaurants, stores and tourist sites within the county from March 16 through last Saturday, March 23" noted in the article. Can you please update with the full list?

Thanks for the fuller list, but where were these people all day mon-thu before 7pm? Also in both lists of locations, there appears that have been potential measeles incidents in multiple places at the same time. How many people were there?

Thank you for reporting this. We should all be aware of this risk. But could you comment on, or update the article to fix the discrepancies?

thanks for the full list.,
i don't think there's more than one infected person that they forgot to report,, it's likely that the infected person can't remember exact times they were at all these places,, so these reported times are estimates..
and maybe the mon-thurs before 19:00- the person never went out in a public place?

As long as the locals were smart enough to get inoculated, then they're not at risk. Good for them. As for the relatively few others??? Actions (or deliberate lack thereof) have potential consequences.

I am not worried at all, I have been vaccinated! The anti-vaxxers should see this as the result of their non-scientific approach. Web Link

The vaccines are not 100% effective, and some people can't be vaccinated for some diseases for legitimate medical reasons. So this statement is false: "As long as the locals were smart enough to get inoculated, then they're not at risk." That's the major reason to care if someone else is vaccinated; part of your protection is herd immunity. Anti-vaxxers put the rest of us at risk.

true that,, even if you're vaccinated, you're not 100% in the clear..
at my new job during the hiring process, the occupational health dept. drew my blood to check for HepB immunity.,, and found my blood didn't produce enough antibodies above a certain threshold that would enable my body to mount an effective immune response if i'm exposed.. so they required i get a new vaccine in addition to the one i had in 1993.

so anyone at those places during the same time as that infected dumbass must still pay attention to any health symptoms in the next month. measles is an airborne disease

How come we are not hearing from Anti-Vaxxers? There are measles and mumps breaking out all over the country- People are holding chicken pox parties- and a case of tetanus where the child has hospitalized for over a month!.

Gee.. why would someone with an opposing viewpoint bother posting here? You all have it all figured out already.

Science overrides freedom.

I vaccinated my kids but I don't think it's the government's job to tell parents they have to inject things into their children. It's between parents and their doctors.

Freedom means being free to fall on your ass.

@Otto_Maddox Maybe you need to look up Herd immunity. In order to protect all people from the disease, a significant amount of people need to be vaccinated. Mumps can be deadly to an infant, or someone with a compromised immune system. And on your own- you would know nothing- it's the CDC or WHO that has the information. Too bad more people don't believe in science. Web Link
