Mr. Guardino, how about a moratorium on all office/tech and R&D space and focus on building housing only?

Mr. Guardino, how about all cities, counties and the state taxing all the companies to build that high speed rail, the bart extensions and undergrounding the entire stretch of Caltrain?

Mr. Guardino, how about the state stops give tax reductions and subsidies to all the big businesses?

Mr. Guardino, how about you moving away from Monte Sereno where there are no high density housing but only luxury high end estates? Come and live amongst the rest of us in our tents, RVs, micro-unit, mobile home...but we clean your house, mow your lawn, clean your offices, serve you at restaurants, teach your children, tend to your ailments, provide your safety, clean your streets, pick up your garbage, etc.
