Excellent work, MVPD, along with other named agencies! Two more "bad boys" off the streets...hopefully for a significant amount of time.

I certainly don't condone any of this but you really have to wonder about their IQ, when: "Flores, described as an accomplice in the carjacking, was spotted the next day...driving the stolen Subaru in Richmond. Flores allegedly tried to flee a traffic stop before crashing the vehicle."
Really guys??? Really? You couldn't take it to a chop shop or out of the country?
