OSH - any news on what is planned for the site - and when?

I drive by the old OSH (and miss it) and see that it just appears abandoned. I have been trying to find out if anything is going to be done in the near future to the site.
I know that there is a lot of car breakins and I am concerned that this site is going to be a staging ground for those with illegal activity in mind. Is MTVPD watching the site?
I drive past on my way to Costco or 101 and just seeing this place abandoned raises my concerns.
