Fantastic!!! 2500 California St. is a wonderful site because it's at California and Showers and is very close to the women it most needs to serve. If they need contributions for any funding they need to develop and equip this site for their vital women's health services, I'd be more than happy to contribute. Women need a broad range of realistic options, and Planned Parenthood provides them with all of those options --- unlike religious "women's health" facilities, which offer only very limited and unrealistic options.

The article has an incorrect reference. Planned Parenthood was not being evicted nor are any of the other remaining tenants. PPH's lease is expiring soon and they are leaving for a larger space that they will own. Sounds like a great solution for any tenant, so they control their future destiny! That's what was stated at the City Council meeting when the tenants were present and talked about their future plans and new locations. Wow, new apartments are popping up everywhere in the City but this will be a great location, adjacent to Cal Train! Win win for both parties!
