Are the kids locals or from out-of-town?

William Hitchens is a registered user.

I know that we can't know their names, but can the Voice possibly tell us which city or county they are from, and what the MV PD is doing to stop them? I've been told in the past by credible people that there are gangs from the East Bay and the Central Valley engaged in automobile break-ins and other organized non-violent crimes in MV and other wealthy West Bay cities.

Small amount theft and crime by juvenile are gotten a slap on the wrist at maximum. Victims and potential victims need to protect themselves against these juvenile criminals. Police can hardly do anything to stop them.

Evidently, the police can catch people. Five were caught. Next - how about a report on what happens to them. No names are needed. But if the system is treating everyone under 18 as if his crimes don't matter, the system needs fixing. 17-year-olds can cause great harm to people's lives. Ask Christine Blasey Ford.
