Jerry Brown and the CA Legislature can't withstand a DOJ Commerce Clause lawsuit. They'll lose. Since early in the 19th Century, there is a long history and a very solidly base of case law to support the Federal Government's use of the Commerce clause to unite the States by imposing uniform interstate commerce law across the USA --- and no one can argue that the Internet is not "interstate commerce". I strongly support Net Neutrality, but it will have to be dictated by US Congress and not by arbitrary CA State govt fiat. I suggest that CA politicians start to lobby the US Congress now, and not after Federal Courts shoot them down.
