City seeks dismissal of lawsuit alleging sexual harassment by police chief

Mountain View has asked a Santa Clara County Superior Court judge to dismiss a sexual harassment lawsuit brought against the city and police Chief Max Bosel by a former dispatcher in 2016.

Max Bosel needs to go through this process just as any regular person without police and city connections would, anything else would show the legal double standard which applies to government officials. Just because someone wears a costume and is allowed to carry a gun doesn't absolve them of behavior which is punishable for the rest of us.

How much is this futile motion costing the taxpayers?
Thugs in uniform do not deserve special treatment.
