Hey! Everyone's moving there...c'mon people. Prices are only going to go up. It(snicker snicker) doesn't really get that hot (snicker) in (snicker) in the valley! Seriously, more people need to move from here to there. It's all about the elbow room and once populations have shifted it'll be better for all.
