8.9 billion will buy nothing as it has in the past. The politicians use these bonds as their personal pocket books. Look at the waste train. Who wants a slow ride from Compton to Stockton. Keep voting yes and not getting the promised benefits.

Tell us again how we are going to achieve Zero Waste? The public has finally figured out that we have been duped. The campaign was designed to make the public think that they are saving the earth. When we closed all the landfills, The idea was to sell the recyclables to China. Well guess what? They do not want it. Guess what recyclables are called now? Garbage. Where does garbage go? A landfill.
The Zero Waste campaign is just a big propganda ploy to fill government coffers. The pension obligations are at the root of these campaign. For, example: Why did Bill Lockear, the head of CALPERSat the time, create the $10,000,000 bond to create the Anerobic digester cofounded with Zero Waste next to Zanker landfill? Furthermore, where is the data that shows that this project even works? This project is a white elaphant. These schemes are just a way to fleece the taxpayers out of their hard earned money.

The poor guy wants to argue with someone over this so badly. Any bone throwers out today? He seems lonely.

@ help him
Your comment is pretty much in line with how the Zero Waste reacts when they get caught wasting and or stealing tax payer money. Are you sure you do not work for Zero Waste?
