I don't recommend working with Spark. Just check out the latest reviews and interviews on Glassdoor for Spark Program if you want to see evidence of a dysfunctional organization that is quickly running out of money.

A good journalist approaches all sides of a story. Just to write a "feel-good" article is misleading and irresponsible especially when dealing with the welfare of children in need.

I completely agree. I worked for Spark so I know first hand what it's like!
