Re: Real Estate Transactions both Mountain View Voice and Los Altos Town Crier have transaction of 2311 Jewell Place Mountain View going for $8.8 Million - however I saw a figure of $2.2 Million on Movoto which seems more in line with other house sales in the neighborhood. Can you clarify as it really skews the average sale price for Mtn View. Many thanks.

I can't believe I missed grabbing that 4-bedroom house in Atherton. Under $12 million. A steal.
