Proudly and without any guilt or hesitation whatsoever, because it was the right thing to do.

I voted no because this judge is being scapegoated. The system has failed victims of sexual assault - and has far too long sent the wrong message to want-to-be rapists and molesters. But a new message is about to be sent at the expensive of a good judge. At least Judge Persky can go back to being a prosecutor or other public or private attorney and make as much money.
