Two arrested in downtown armed kidnapping attempt

Mountain View police arrested two men early Saturday morning after they allegedly tried to push a woman into a car and threatening her friends with a handgun after they tried to intervene.

Incredibly good job by the first MVPD officer! Detaining gun wielding suspects without a running gunfight or any major injuries? I wonder how this was done.

It will now wait for the Felon to get his Justice Done, rather than a street execution (as happens in other communities like SAC). This also shows the necessity of police being trained in the 'use of deadly force' and lethal weapons if the public safety requires it.
