This is confusing. Should it be "Bullets fired at Wells Fargo" since it sounds like they didn't find some holes from long ago but they know that the bullets were actually fired at 3 p.m.? Otherwise they wouldn't shut down Grant Road.

It almost sounds as it they found the holes, had no idea how long they had been there, but shut things down in case they were recent(?)
Also, who could be mad a WF these days? ha.

I left our home at 3 PM, headed for a 3:30 appointment at PAMF. Normally, a 5-10 minute drive at the worst. Finally, at about 3:50, while backed up on Phyllis, we called in and cancelled our appointment. What was it all about?

We get email "alerts" from Los Altos when there's a traffic issue like this on Foothill "Expressway." Seems to me that Mountain View needs some kind of an Alert system to spread the word quickly. Shutdowns such as occurred yesterday are not a trivial situation. I can think of much worse possibilities that would warrant an Alert System. In the middle of Silicon Valley, home of Google, etc., come on.....

What kind of bullets. Would the police like to know if we know anyone who owns those kinds of bullets?

Sounds like they heard or saw window damage and later found out the holes in the window were caused by bullets. You do not hear the gun fire if they are shot far away.

There are just too many gun crimes in MV! When will it’s residents wake up and demand the ousting of gun and ammo shops that do business here.

It’s illegal to set up a medicinal marijuana store here, yet gun shops continue to sell their tools of death with impunity. Cancer patients that need this relief have fewer rights than criminals that shoot holes in banks!

Not selling things in Mtn View does not stop them from being used in Mtn View.
