Why publish this man's name? Nothing has been filed in court. Apparently, there is only a deficient police report. Why not name the accusers, too, to be fair?
Whatever happened to innocent unless and until proven guilty?

The Mountain View Voice publishes mug shots of criminals who the polic have arrested. This has been normal for years now. Are you suggesting that criminals who have been arrested for assaulting women get special protection? Shameful.

Name the accusers?

I don't see THAT as fair:

The accused gets named in the paper.

They got assaulted, and then they get named in the paper.
And then there is the nightmares, the fear, the shame they feel, isolation,
depression, etc. They have to talk to investigators and relive the whole thing
to a stranger, telling them very personal things, which is embarrassing at the
least, but can also be very traumatic.

And, by the way, then they get that person who will say, "What if the accuser
is making it up?" I HOPE that is not what you are thinking! Have you read
anything behind the #MeToo movement...all those women are not making it up.
