Friends and family members are invited to celebrate the life of former Los Altos High School football coach Thomas Burt on Saturday, Jan. 13.

Tom Burt always treated me like a son he really cared about. He was a legend when I was at Los Altos and also a really nice guy. I graduated in 1973 and he is one of those people I've never forgotten.
