Mountain View honors Veterans at Saturday ceremony

The public is invited to celebrate Veterans Day at 11 a.m. on Nov. 11, at the Veterans Memorial at Eagle Park, 652 Franklin St.

Correction. American Legion Moffett Post 881 is honoring veterans. The headline reads like it's the City that is doing the honoring.

The City was very well represented by Fire Department (color guard) and a majority of the current members of the City Council (I saw Rosenberg, who spoke, and McAlister, Matichak, Showalter.)
