Man seriously injured in downtown stabbing Saturday

A Marin County man was arrested for attempted murder Saturday night after he allegedly stabbed another man in downtown Mountain View, leaving him severely injured. Police said the suspect refused to relent even after being struck with a Taser.

I applaud your decision to generally not name those arrested; however the same logic should apply to those suspected of murder. The seriousness of the crime does not affect the principle that suspects are innocent until proven guilty. If anything, it is more important to safeguard that principle for more serious crimes!
