Man arrested after entering car involved in a crash

A 27-year-old man was arrested in downtown Mountain View earlier this month after he allegedly tried to hop into a vehicle involved in a car crash before it could be towed away, and later evaded officers who were there responding to the collision.

I really hate this "news" policy of describing a crime in detail without identifying the suspect

Why? You think that you know the guy so you need to avoid him? If you don't know the guy then how is knowing his name going to help you in any way?

This is just a stupid little crime that doesn't even deserve a special story, just a single line in the police blotter that most papers have.

I can't believe this even makes news? The guys obviously drunk and goofing off.
"Hey Voice, I threw my cigarette butt in the street", are you going to report that?

This city has bigger issues like how rent control is destroying the affordable housing market in this city.
