MV firefighters battle deadly North Bay blaze

Thousands of firefighters have finally turned a corner in the battle to control multiple fires in Northern California that have burned through more than 200,000 acres and left 41 people dead, and Mountain View firefighters were right in the thick of it.

Is this REALLY what the guy said?
"The devastating is unfathomable," Bond said. "It's not nothing I've ever seen before. It literally looks like a bomb went off in some of these neighborhoods."

Kudos to all the firefighters, professional or otherwise up there.

In all the heartbreak, there are stories that have come out of so many amazingly good people helping out and risking their lives, many of them civilians.
