So let me understand this -- this man pled NO CONTEST (as in "I'm guilty.") to these charges and he gets SIX (6) MONTHS IN THE COUNTY JAIL and he AVOIDS HAVING TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER??? San Mateo District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe and all others involved with this truly unjust plea deal will be morally responsible when this scum REPEATS HIS OFFENSES -- AND THEN SOME -- in the future and includes a GREAT DEAL MORE VIOLENCE ... SHAME ON SAN MATEO COUNTY District Attorney Wagstaffe who SHOULD have prosecuted (but didn't) this guy in order to put him away and protect the PUBLIC AT LARGE from his FELONIOUS, SEXUALLY ABHERRENT BEHAVIOR, but the D.A. FAILED MISERABLY at his job -- that is apparently going to be reduced to a MISDEMEANOR??? [portion removed]
