Prepping for Mars, NASA launches new biosciences center

Ames officials last week broke ground on a new $40-million Biosciences Collaboration Facility that is expected to help lead the agency's research in life sciences in outer space.

I'm glad to hear of this new facility--it indicates growth in research areas where Ames has a long history but where the level of effort went through a period of decline.
