Santa Clara County stands up for net neutrality

Santa Clara County took a stance on defending the free internet under a resolution approved Tuesday by the Board of Supervisors.

Perhaps, instead of a purely symbolic gesture with no enforcement, the Supervisors could look into eliminating any onerous regulations that inhibit competition of Internet providers. Utility Pole access is one that comes to mind.
