Vote tonight on new health care district board member

The El Camino Healthcare District's board of directors is scheduled tonight to consider appointing one of 13 applicants to a vacant seat on the board.

Because their elections are almost never contested, this person will serve long after November 2018 -- basically serve until they decide to retire.
