Dust still settling as MV kids return to school

Dozens of kindergarteners from all over Mountain View filed into brand new portable classrooms at Stevenson Elementary on the first day of school Monday, just feet away from the school's old campus, which is now an active construction site.

Stevenson has another new principal- did the last one only last a year?

This is the start of Ms. Westover's 3rd year as principal af Stevenson. She has been a valuable asset to the school, in my opinion.

I think the article could have clarified - it used the phrase "new principal" because she is new to the kindergarteners, not new to the school.
