Crime briefs: Bicyclist stopped; construction tools swiped

This week in police reports, two storage lockers were burglarized and police arrested a bicyclist after allegedly finding him in possession of burglary tools.

A "bicyclist" carrying bolt cutters is probably a bike thief.
