Judge mulling over sanctuary city order suits

A federal judge said Wednesday that he is likely to keep in place a preliminary injunction issued in a pair of lawsuits filed by Santa Clara County and the city of San Francisco that blocked President Donald Trump's executive order on sanctuary cities and counties.

If I disagree with the policy of reserving disabled parking spaces and park in one, can I ignore the ticket I'll get because I disagree with the policy? Think about it.
