This is an area of support for the children of our community that had slowly lagged since the CHAC Joint Powers Authority was set up many decades ago. It is good to see that the CHAC Board and new administration has this "ask" out to it's constituent government agencies. And it is wonderful that Superintendent Rudolph, without much fanfare, came to his Board recommending full participation in supporting CHAC.

In the recent past, CHAC requests for small funding bumps, were often ignored. Maybe 'the BIG BUMP' (3X) is what was needed in their ask.

CHAC is a good program, well administrated, that deserves support from the schools and city governments that helped form it, and still get great value from it.
