Pri-cey!! But that's to be expected if the BBC's owner also owns Scratch, which also is pri-cey!! Too rich for my pedestrian blood.

Looking forward to trying the new BBC. The food at Scratch and Reposado is pretty good so I have confidence they will get any food issues resolved in due time.

I swear I saw this review in the Palo Alto paper as well as the Almanac earlier, but now there is no record of it at all. Many commenters agreed with Elena's bad experience with others adding their own unique negative experiences and disappointments. I'm curious if the article was pulled so these comments would not be seen by the diners in that area. Was the sudden removal of the review a "Chamber of Commerce" type decision? In any event, I read enough and at those prices I won't be wasting any efforts eating there until I read some glowing reviews as well as hearing about good experiences from people I know. Some tend to think "If you build it they will come" but in reality, If you build it, they may not come if someone else built one too and is doing it better and for less money.
Dine wisely my friends.
