What will he receive beyond the base salary? A stipend for lives or beds saved? Where will he live? In the ER?

Wow 100,000 relocation and temporary housing on top of that plus a loan all on top of the Hugh salary while managers and staff who do the real work struggle to live in Silicon Valley where housing prices make homes unaffordable. I wish the hospital well but do they really think that bringing somone from Georgia is a good idea? That is a completely different market. ElCamino needed somone who understands the current environment to ensure sustainablilty in this market where they have no outpatient presence.

He is a great gain to El Camino Health and a loss for my employer Wellstar. Dan Woodsis the most compassionate about quality healthcare, genuine to the staff and a all around great person. I wish him all the best.
