The defendant is pictured strolling awsy from the fedaral courthouse in street clothes. Is he out on bail or "OR"? Is he paying for the attorney or was she appointed? Out-of-custody, this guy will agree to a trial in the year 2050!

Since he and his attorney won't comment, anyone here know what his beef is against Embarcadero Media? Doesn't seem terribly rational.

Mr. Colby is out on $50,000 bail and I believe he is currently being represented by a federal public defender.
