Hangar One restoration to take until 2025

Google's pledge to restore and reskin Moffett Field's iconic Hangar One is going to take longer than originally anticipated. The tech firm is now reporting the job likely won't be done until 2025.

It was sad to see this architectural wonder of the world denuded. I just hope that it ends up looking like it always did however they decide to re skin it. As we grow old let us see this iconic feature of the region again as it appeared when we grew up here with the loud B-36 bombers coming and going.

It is sad to keep hearing about how polluted Mountain View really is. I hope that Google is working on a plan to remove the pollution from this site once and for all. Don't just cover it up again.
