What a good place to backfill with the money that the Shoreline District diverts from the City General Fund!

If the general property tax money, from this redevelopment district went to the City General Fund, there would be millions more, for quality of life (not quantity of office parks) projects like this.

Even Google contract custodians, need a reasonable place to live. The City Council can give direction to the City Manager - to shift this money - IF it becomes necessary. All it takes is political will, from elected politicians.

Too bad for HUD. Too bad for us, if we don't control the $$ from local taxation.
