I recently took a shuttle bus ride to the airport. Sitting up higher than the other cars on I-280, I could easily look down into the cars passing the bus.

And guess what? In just about every second or third car, the driver was handling a phone. Down low, where someone in another car couldn't see, but plainly visible from a taller bus. They might have been texting, dialing, or doing something with navigation, I couldn't tell. But I was surprised to see how rampant it is.
