I'm deeply saddened that a member of our community, one of our neighbors, has suffered a knife attack and facial lacerations, and the first comments are making light of the situation. This is a real person! Our community is better than that, and we deserve better.

We should conduct ourselves with respect for other people online and offline, but, sadly, this seems like a lesson your parents never gave you. I wish you the best, and hope you grow as a person. Our community is stronger when we care about each other.

Retired Man is a registered user.

Her first arrest was for assault with a deadly weapon. I suppose she'll be out on bail again, thereby risking the lives of her family and neighbors. What a town, what a state.
