The number one lesson plan in economics on its way. See how price controls on rents divide the city. Basically only in California and New York do you have commissions (soviets) set the price of rents. It's not necessary: supply and demand. 44 states have outlawed rent controls. The tyranny of the majority. In Silicon Valley the best educated community perhaps in the world flunking (Mountain View) high school economics and the politicians acting like puppets to those who in virtually every other state in the union would be sitting in jail for establishing price fixed rents. More to come.
