Man arrested for selling pot near St. Francis high school

A Los Altos man was arrested earlier this month after allegedly selling marijuana to teenagers near a Mountain View high school. The suspect, identified as 62-year-old John William Morris, allegedly possessed over 50 pounds of marijuana, as well as cocaine and heroin intended for sale.

But he wasn't growing the pot outside right? That would be against the new ordinance.

Remember kids and grownups, it's adults only on the new law. You'll be in trouble just like you would buying beer for a kid. Of course if you're also trying to sell heroin(why was THAT part not the headline?)the laws remain the same.
