Nurses agree to new hospital contract

After protracted and difficult negotiations that stretched for more than seven months, nurses at El Camino Hospital agreed to the terms of a new three-year contract that would give nurses a 10 percent salary hike over the three years, and retain existing benefits and higher pay for nurses working weekend and night shifts.

Now, the hospital needs to downsize administrative costs esp vav CEO salary and huge benefit packages.

Let's see a real shift in priorities.
