No disguising Costume Bank's role at Halloween

Getting its start from a theater company's donation of its old costumes, the Costume Bank in Los Altos has been in business for over 50 years. Among the thousands of get-ups, many are high quality handmade and vintage costumes, said volunteer Katie Hammerson.

I used the Costume Bank many years ago when I first entered the corporate field
and didn't know what was cool. They offered a completely authentic kilt and accessories
which worked. I've been impressed with the quality and variety of their stock ever since.
They have their act together, and are especially helpful to those who are a little hesitant
about flamboyance.
