There is one dean at Foothill College, whose name I shall not mention, who is absolutely paranoid about "suspicious packages". I once saw him yelling at some poor student who left his backpack untended outside of a restroom for 1 minute because he didn't want to put on the filthy, unwashed floor. Evidently, the Dean has a thing about restrooms too.
