It's sad that the republicans continue to stoop so low. They continue to assault this community with their terrible policies against the poor or non-citizens, but this really takes the cake.

Political or not, there's no excuse for such cowardly vandalism; what happened to respect for perspectives, especially when they differ from your own. In this case, I happen to agree that the act probaby was politically motivated, and I admire Mr. Carpenter for being willing to express his preference for such a peace loving, equality minded candidate. Bravo! I hope Mr. Carpenter isn't subjected to further incidents of intolerance.
