Brock Turner released from jail after 90 days

Head down and silent, flanked on both sides by crowds of reporters and cameras, former Stanford University student-athlete Brock Turner walked out of the front door of the Santa Clara County Main Jail in San Jose early Friday morning, ending his three-month incarceration for the sexual assault of an unconscious and intoxicated woman.

Not surprisingly, Mr. Brock avoided playing into the media circus.
Please review the sentencing statistics in Santa Clara County over the past several years. The Judge did not depart from local custom. Should the entire bench be recalled?
