Man in ceiling of vacant building arrested

Mountain View police arrested a 34-year-old man over the weekend after he was allegedly found hanging out in the ceiling of a vacant building in Mountain View.

Burglary? What is there to steal in a "vacant" building? And not charged with trespassing, or some other variant (e.g. illegal entry, breaking and entering, vandalism, etc..)?
